The apartment is two stories with a spiral stair case. It has hard wood floors, cable and internet, free parking less than a block away, and in a PERFECT area. The only reason I need to leave is because I am starting a new lease with a friend moving into town. There is everything you need within steps including all transportation options. Utilities are never more than 150 and average less than 100. The only furniture you will need is for the bedroom unless you would like to bring more. The bedroom is a good size and has a huge closet. The other two roommates will be gone a majority of the time.
